Are your products made of genuine materials?
We carry jewellery that is made of 18K Gold, Sterling Silver (S925), Pearls and Cubic Zirconia. You can find out more information about the material and care guide here

Are the product images on your site accurate representations of the actual items?
Yes, we only showcase our actual products taken by our own in-house media team.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged or defective?
Please reach out to us with a picture within 2 days of receiving your item and we will help you as best as we can.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
As of now we are only an e-commerce business. However, we are here to help and assist you just as much as an in store visit experience. And hey, who knows, maybe a physical store may come in the near future!
